Doctor has prescribed me acupat, ocupol Dx, and lotepred for red eyes. i have this problem for long term. i am confused how to apply Ocupol Dx ointment. Should i put this inside my eyes or just apply outside on eyelids?

Put it in lower lid inside the eye in red portion by looking up.ask someone to put it just before sleeping.....
