I need info on long qt syndrome! My last two ecgs showed -- @ 130 bpm-- qtc- 480 ms @115 bpm-- qtc-- 455 ms An old ecg @ 78 bpm- 400-410 ms Doctors in my city doesnt seem to know about it his coniditon so dismiss my queries.. asked a dubai based doc who said at fast heart rate qtc is difficult to figure out and diagnosis cant be made as such No family history of cardiac syncopes or sudden death

Hi. As your doctor told when heart rate is high qt interval is difficult to measure exactly. Dont worry and repeat ecg once heart rate is below 100. Do echocardiogram as a basic investigation to rule out any structural problems.
