I had a history of pcod since a long time I recently did my ultrasound on 20th March with shows Loculated fluid collection of size 8.3x8.8x2.3 cm and 92 cc in volume with thin septations seen in pelvis partially engulfing both ovaries. Previously i did my ultrasound on 25th January which was normal and no cyst. I'm having no abnormal pain or any other problems as such. I have mild pain in the pelvic area before and during my periods. I'm a bit afraid because this is an unusual report and might indicate surgery.
