Hello User. Went through your post, you seem to have hepatitis, however weather it is acute which usually settles by it self in few months or chronic that will need to be investigated. I would suggest complete liver function test which includes Bilirubin, ALT, AST ALP, GGT, Sr. Albumin and total protein.     I can tell after that weather you have advanced liver disease or just mild illness.
