Liver Problem or Just Muscle Damage?

I've just undergone a full medical checkup. My health conditions are all normal and I am generally fit. However, I feel a few causes of concern: Globulin 1.6 mg/dL (range is 2-3.5?), SGOT 169 U/L (limit is 40?), SGPT 65 U/L (limit is 40?), and a normal GGT. My ECG has a comment that says sinus bradycardia. Please help me out regarding the abnormal levels and ECG output. Should I be worried or could this just be a result of physical strain or exercising? Looking for a practical answer - Thanks!

Deranged LFT, need gastroenterologist and bradycardia in ECG could be some times seen in liver disease also. For cardio get an echo done and TMT
