In my checkup it came alkaline phosphatase 155, vitamin D 17.38 and B12 is138 in urine report some bacteria is present what it means is anything serious please let me know

From your results it looks like your vit D and vit B12 are slightly low. We need to check if it is true urine infection or not as sometimes contaminated urine samples(due to improper collection) can also show bacteria. I don’t think anything is serious based on results you shared in your post but I would suggest to consult your physician regarding the test results.
