I got my lft n kft tedt done my sgot is 44 n sgpt is 90. I m a frequent drinker. Is there something to really get worried off. Can i like take silymarin tablets from NOW brand/company. Please revert asap.

Hello.....  If you are habitual drinker you should stop  having it..  There is no other way..  Liver enzymes are not confirmatory, they are attached with other report..  Abdominal ultrasound is required..  Mild hepatomegaly  is reversible only if you stop taking liquor..  Consult general physician..
