My direct bilirubin is .40(.30), AST is 54(40), ALT is 71(55) and GGT is 110(70) readings in ( )indicate reference range. Are these readings are very high and alarming?

Suggestive of fatty liver. So u have to b bit diet concious, and avoid alcohol if taking, also get repeat these  liver function after 1 month of medication . If not get better then need of evaluation is needed
