I have done my liver function test ,ALP level is normal but ALT and AST is high.i am also feeling mild pain in the upper right abdomen with no other symptoms.what is the reason and what should I do?? Please help. (Non alcoholic,non smoker,no diabetes,no BP, normal cholesterol, mild increase in triglycerides,79 kg weight,5.7 feet height,no family history of serious illness) I am hereby attaching my test report.
