Liver Failed. Patient not eating food.

Our patient Liver has failed & was admitted in Sasoon Hospital about 10 days ago. He is not eating regularly & is bed ridden. 2 days ago he was again taken to Sasoon as there was no intake of water/food & thus and after giving IV they left him. He ate for a day but again since today morning he is not eating. Can you pls suggest.
