U may be having usg report with grade 2 fatty liver. Also get done your lipid profile and Hscrp

avoid fruit juice  and oily food. can consume almonds walnuts etc.

avoid alcohol, fruit juice. the only best exercise is 25 min of brisk walking 5-6 times a week , continue for few months.

You may do cardio exercises. Start with brisk walk. Then proceed to some exercises that support your body type. You may try on zumba.
