My uncle has several stomach pains due to liver damage. Water is getting filled up because of kidney not functioning. Please give me a solution for reducing stomach pain.

Water filling is likely due to liver damage cause of liver damage needs to be ascertained What is the cause of kidney not functioning What is the current status of vital perameters Namely urea creatinine Na+ K+ asitic fluid examination.
Next Steps
need to see above mentioned reports. it seems to be multi organ failure, if what i say is correct then situation is grim
