Hi Doctors, I was diagnosed with Tuberculosis and was having medicines from Government was getting fever, it's been more than a month in my reports now it shows that there is some issue with the liver, please suggest

The reports suggest that u have drug induced hepatitis, in all such scenarios the ATT fixed drug combination which has 4 drugs needs to be stopped and u need to be started on modified ATT after identification of the drug causing hepatotoxicity.
Next Steps
u should go to ur primary physician and start individual drugs in a sequential manner

u need to also identify the risk factor causing drug induced hepatotoxicity and get a USG abdomen and fibroscan to rule out any existing liver pathology
