My ultrasound report shows my liver is enlarged size 163 mm.pain attend of urination. Also pain in right side of abdomen

Get urine examination routine and microscopic done to look for any infection along with the ultrasonography of the abdomen especially for the KUB region,take fat restricted diet,any Alcohal intake to be stopped.more  clinical detail is required,consult a physician
