Liver and lipid profile test.

I have high serum globulin (3.6) and alkaline phosphatase (144.7) which found in my blood reports. Also LIPID profile test values are high. Practically i do not have any illness one problem I face is feeling lethargic most of the time. That too from last 6 years. Can you please help me to make me understanding the consequences of these higher valu of test results please . Thanks in advance.

May be due to high intake of sweet ,oily ,fast food it occurs,avoid curd ,rice ,heavy ,oily ,fast ,fried food
