I have recently joined a gym (20days) and my instructor has recommended me a diet along with protein supplements. Also he has asked me to have liver52 for better digestion. Is liver52 safe, and can it be taken alongside sompraz40 (which I am taking for the gastric problem).

You can take both ... But you should remember high protein intake increase gastritis ... High proteins are suggested in body builders.
