I have the problem of white spots on my face...These white spots basically comes in summers ....May be because of dust and swet....What should I do remove these unwanted white spots from my face!

White spots on face can come due to many diseases fungal infection, pityriasis alba,etc etc. For correct treatment we need to check and diagnose the problem.
