Hello.. I would suggest you to meet  dermatologist or a physician and get examined as I need to see what exactly it is..The common cause of white patch would be tinea infection ..I would suggest you to keep your face clean..Wipe the sweat...And then if it's confirmed you will need low steroid for treatment... Thank you
