Hello , I do understand your query. Looks like you have had a right lower zone patch on the x ray , pneumonia . If your symptoms don't resolve in a another weeks time ,you will have to get evaluated further for non resolving pneumonia ,for now continue the antibiotics . Hope it helped .Get well soon .
