Little Pain in under left rib

Below my lelf rib their is little bit of pain or uneasy feeling all through the day.Already take Pan D last five days morning in empty stomach but no so much improvement.Also take Digine tab twice daily after meal but no such improvement over their.Nights are also very oweful not having sleep as  i am facing the issue.Right now taking just boiled meal like Rice, papayas etc.Please suggest some medicine.

You could consider some pain killers after consulting a doctor. Not sure if your pain is due to gastritis only. Consider getting an ultrasound scan also
