Felling little fever at night from last two days have taken paracetamol but still having fever and weakness need good medicine with antibiotic

Monitor your temperature 6th hourly once, any value above 99 degree is considered fever(underarm),drink plenty of fluids take paracetamol if required still the symptoms persist you have to do certain blood test like cbc and consult
