Little fever and cough..

My son is 6.8yrs, from past 1week he is not so well.now almost fine however after giving paracetamol suspension n antibiotic cefpodoxine. Still he is not fully cured.he is having little bit of cough n 99temperature..however last Monday he was having full high temp almost 105..from yesterday we stop giving antibiotic n Paracetamol but why he is still not so well..it will be fine or shall we need some more medication.please give us advice.

Your child will be fine over the period u just need to have patience and give more of liquid diet to the child
