I am a 15 year old male. I had quite a hard large lump behind my right nipple which I squeezed and a yellow puss like liquid came out and the lump seems to of gotten smaller. The lump only seemed to be by my right nipple but when I squeezed my left nipple (which caused me a bit of pain unlike the right nipple) some liquid also came out.
