Lips dry and rough

I had very irritating dry lips from last 15 days lips have turned black and became very rough I used lip balm i thought it will make them smooth but no result

There are many reasons for such lips. Dehydration, sun exposure, smoking, vitamin deficiencies, caffeine, licking lips habit, hormonal imbalance and some medical conditions. Take proper diet and rehydrate. Avoid smoking (if present) Use good quality lip balm with spf factor Avoid caffeine Stop lips licking Take vitamin supplements In case of no improvement consult local physician

Drink fluids, make sure you’re well hydrated, use a hydrating lip balm with SPF, apply some good quality lip oil before sleeping, have seasonal fruits. If situation doesn’t improve consult a doctor physician or dermatologist for further evaluation. PS - see if you are allergic to something, avoid any new cosmetic product, avoid spicy and very hot food, also incase of smoking and alcohol they should also be avoided.
