Hi ! There are many diseases that can affect our speech and facial expression.    It may be lingual dystonia ( abnormal twisting of tongue muscles while talking) .   It may be early Parkinson's disease or may be a brain stroke .   So in your case it is difficult to comment concuslively any definite diagnosis without physical examination.
