I have fat deposit or fat ball at my back below the neck. Previously it was not painin1 but it started paining from past two days. Please help me on how to get rid of this pain

Hello .. The fat ball / lipoma may be compressing on the nerve or structures lying below leading to pain . If thats the case you may need to get it removed so that you could get relief from the pain.
