Hi doctor i have one lipoma in my both leg each one. Should i be bothered and also they are painless

Lipomas are harmless soft tissue masses. If it’s confirmed a lipoma and is not causing any trouble then you can let it be. Get a FNAC to confirm tissue diagnosis
