Lipid profile report

Hi doctor my dad had an mild heart attack on 19th April 2017. Doctor did angiography and said that there is blockage 90% in one 30-40% in other two. And kept on medication. He told to do following test. Reports are attached please tell me what in means. I will be going to doc tomorrow still needed more opinions

Dear user, values of your fathers lipid profile is slightly on higher side. Especially Triglyceride and ldl cholesterol. But you mentioned that your father has one blocked artery of 90% severity. So irrespective of lipid values he needs treatment. Angioplasty should be considered if suitable for the anatomy.
