My lipid profile is on the higher side for more than 5 years now. Can someone please help me controlling it.

Lipid profile on the higher side..what is high is important good cholesterol bad cholesterol or tg. In the 5 years have u made any lifestyle changes to control the bad cholesterols? The course of treatment and kind of medicine will depend on a lot of factors. Statins the commonest lipid lowering medicine come with their side effects including raising the blood glucose in around 10% of patients.
