I have white marks on my lower lip. I used the medicines and creams prescribed by dermatologist but with no result. I cannot talk confidently with anyone due to the issue. Please suggest any laser treatment for good results. Thank you.

Hi. It could be lip vitiligo or leukoderma. Its tough to get pigmentation alone by creams/oint. EXCIMER laser is one of the treatment option. But again it'll take time to pigment. Best is to undergo skin grafting/excision and closure(mucosal flap)/ suction blister graft etc. Surgery is an ideal option.
