-My face skin used to be clear. Now, from last 2 months, light tiny pimples are spread on whole face, mostly on chin & jawline. -They go away on their own but soon after a new set emerges. -I feel pain when I touch them or when my face is towards floor. -No puss. -Also noticed hair growth on chin. Please advise what should I do.
