hi ! having red bleeding and light flow doesnt always mean implantation, implantation bleeding generally occurs after your period got missed with the previous cycle, i.e after 45days or so, if such is the case with you, it may indicate pregnancy when you corelate it with other conditions like increased urination, belly heavyness etc, etc, if it is not, you need not worry about it, every tingle in the mind triggers your hormonal levels which show up the results in this form like decreased bleeding,increased bleeding etc,etc. observe yourself and find the cause, if still in confusion. consult a gynaecologist and get checked.
