Sir i had GERD problem from last 10 days I had to clean throat continuously and also pain in neck now Throat cleaning is ok but I have pain in neck right side neck pain is not continuous. Is anything serious what sbould I do.

Pain in neck may not be related to GERD. It mebbe due to muscle spasm or some organic cause which u may have to get evaluated.
