Sir when I close my eye for 1 minute approx and then open I see light moving and dissapears in second same kind of thing happen when I come to darker place from lighted place and then blink eye it becomes normal if I stay there for 2 -3 minutes if then I blink nothing happens what is this

2to3 minutes time is too much.it should be around 30 seconds.it is called dark adaptation. please take vit.A rich diet.and put lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop.
