I am on following medicine since last 14 years. Metolar XR 25 Ecosprin AV 75 Zolfresh 10 mg 1.When I take Metolar xr25 the light Headache begin to start after two hours of taking this medicine during full day. 2.Leg fingers become cold in evening. 3.  Systolic Blood Pressure remains always under 125 and diastolic  remains 75. 4.Annual. Blood Report always comes Normal. 5. Breathing exercises & Brisk Walking are daily in routine. Kindly advice  how light Headache  symptoms after taking Metolar xr25 can be sort out. Thanks.

Metolar xr25 can some times cause headache and cool peripheries, when ever your heart rate and BP falls. Please consult a cardiologist in particular to find out the cause for your symptoms and if it is because of this medicine see if they can stop this medicine or prescribe alternate medicine.
