Light Head with pressure in eye & ears

I have a feeling of Light Head along with pressure in eye and ear. Also , I am losing focus while doing sudden movements like getting out of car or getting out of of bed. Had consulted few doctors , in brief - they detected low bp , and ordered an echo scan for heart. Came out clean.
