I was just outside smoking but it was really cold come in the house i just started feeling light headed and like i need to throw up i have eat nothing but salt and vinegar chips before i went outside to smoke.

Nicotine can cause this kind of effect of you are empty stomach. Nothing to be worried about. Take proper meals in time.
