I have been bleeding lightly after 2-3 days of unprotected sex, I had my normal periods before having sex. Is there any chances of pregnancy?

If you have crossed period date then do urine pregnancy test. If not crossed then consult gynecologist and get local examination done for local injury or cervical erosion or polyp as you have spotting.
