Have done LFT test done yesterday as I used to consume alcohol weekly once. Could see Bilirubin, total protein and globulin are elevated. Do I need to take any other tests? Few months back Protein levels were within normal. Attached report herewith

The pattern of LFT is less likely to be due to alcohol damage. But still abstinence is a good option.
Next Steps
You should get a lipid profile, thyroid profile, HbA1C tests along with viral marker testing for Hepatitis B and C. An ultrasound abdomen along with a fibroscan if possible.
Health Tips
Avoiding fatty foods and exercise might help.
