LFT -Enzymes level are bit high and possibly suggestive of Non Alcoholic Steatohepatitis(NASH) , a condition of liver inflammation due to fat accumulation and Diabetes. (Other causes of Liver injury needs to be ruled out)
Its important to control at early stage to Prevent cirrhosis of liver. Certain medications can help in Sugar control as well as in Prevention of Progression of NASH.
