Mise could be runny either due to viral infections or due to irritants ! Try to reduce dryness in room , give steam inhalation , can use na so lead saline nose drops meant for babies . Stop use of irritants like any fumes or perfumes in baby’s room like parental smoking , agarbatti , dhoop, mosquito coils , talcum powder sprinkling , deos & perfumes .if you have to give levocetrizine do not give fixes dose combination with Monteleucast as it has no role . Give cetrizine alone preparation for just three days if needed . Do remember to dispose of tissues used for wiping nose secretions by burning as any flu is contagious. Do maintain hydration by giving water to drink. Continue normal food / feed .
