Patient is under these medications and he's feeling well now after taking these medicines for three months now so can he stop these medicines or continue further??? Are these medicines to be taken permanently or can be stopped after sometime??? can its dose be reduced once patient feels ok? kindly suggest thank you

These are long term medication if seizures has happened. Continue medicines and consult a neurologist before stopping.
