A proper medical report from a MBBS/MD doctor with special attention towards drug history diagnosis and complete haematological report -TLC ,DLC,BT, CT and PTT and LFT/KFT should be available along with consent that he his fit to undergo minor dental procedure under local anaesthesia should be a good guide before starting anything.
It has to be clearly ruled out that the teeth problem is due to leucocyte adhesion deficiency.
