After increased my methylphenidate hcl SR 10 mg to 20 mg. I always dull fatigue and sleeping.. No energetic feeling.. Always dull. What shall I do. Why this has happened to me. When I took 10 mg it was too good and energetic for 2 weeks then doctor increased dose. Now lethargic feeling always
