Less time penetration and less fluid

Since the last few months i cannot have more than a minute of penetration. I climax very soon and just a couple of drops of liquid flow out. Aged 38 this does not seem normal. Checked diabetes couple of times and can is absolutely normal. Please help as mental health also affecting due to thia issue.
