I am 30M Married since 2.5 years , initially everything was fine but since past 6 months we r in planning phase . i was performing well but i noticed that my ejaculation is low and even erection doesnt last much . this is making me worried . i am average built no past medical condition or anything . i use to smoke but have dropped count to minimal . please help how can i get my sexual health back to normal
