Hello, I am 23 old and delivered my first baby via normal on April 2nd . At birth he was 3.9 kg and now in 5 months he is 7.8 kg. I had a good supply of milk from starting till 5 months. All of a sudden my milk production got less he is only having breast milk from starting. Now he starts crying because of less milk and at night he don't sleep. I am taking shatvari granules. Please help me to increase my production.
