2019-10-29 06:05:28
Hi doctor, My son is 22 years old and was born premature at 7 months. He started walking by the age of 1 year his adjusted age. He is putting his legs inwards while walking and we consulted physiotherapist and was told some exercises which will make his walk correct within 3 months but I am worried whether u am doing the right exercise or not. Please suggest.

Dear we need to see him or atleast his walking video. But to give u a guide line - training his gluteus muscles will help to make the walking pattern better, swimming will help, doing balance training exercises especially balance / rocker board will be super beneficial in achieving a good walking style. All the best.
