Leg swelling at the knee

While i an walking my legs were paining so I flipped my leg and while flipping pressure is applied and I touched my leg with land and my two joints went aside and I fell down. Now swelling is there at knee. Is it a serious issue or it get cured  easily

hello.. looks like your knee ligaments are injured... use cold compresses and analgesics...if you have painful movements,swelling not subsiding and severe pain in the area kindly consut ab orthopaedician... you may also need a knee cap and kindly rest your leg as much as possible
