Leg pain in muscles

I have pain in my both legs from past 15-20 days.pain is in the muscles and it feels as if my leg muscles are getting crunched...it starts mostly at 9 -10 pm....

kindly meet the surgeon to rule out deep vein thrombisis....arterial disorders electrolyte imbalance and musculoskeletal pain....l limb elevation while sleeping to reduce pain it can also be due to accumulation of lactic acidosis....
